- The season ticket will be at a cost of £30 and will be paid in full no later than midnight of 31st July 2026.
- The season ticket is for personal use only and should therefore only be used by the named individual on the card.
- The season ticket is non-transferable nor can it be resold.
- If you are found to be in breach of either of the above points, the season ticket will be withdrawn.
- This is a further temporary process for the 2026/27 season and if any significant issues arise, the process will be withdrawn for the following season.
- Season tickets go on sale 2nd April
- Early bird prices are until 1st May (this is for additional purchases and does not include your YCFC Volunteer one which remains at £30)
- Season ticket renewals are available until 21st June

- Renew your season ticket seat online and use the code EASYPAY26 at the checkout, which will take the basket cost to £0.
- If you would like to choose a different seat to your current one, just select a new seat which means that your existing one, if not renewed, will then be made available for general sale from 21st June.

- Select any available seat online and use the code EASYPAY26 at the checkout, which will take the basket cost to £0.
- Please note, any seats showing as unavailable will be held by 2025/26 season ticket holders and will only become available if they choose not to renew them from 21st June.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At York City Football Club, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with an item, we offer a 28-day returns policy, subject to the conditions outlined below.
28-Day Returns Policy
You can return eligible items within 28 days of receiving your order for a refund, provided that:
- Items are unused, unworn and in their original condition.
- All original tags and labels remain attached.
- Items are returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible.
- Proof of purchase is provided, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions, except where your statutory consumer rights apply.
How to Return an Item
If you would like to return an item, please contact our retail team within 28 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and your reason for returning them.
Our team will provide instructions on how to complete your return.
Return postage costs: Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, or where otherwise required by law.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.
Refunds will include the original standard delivery charge where required under UK consumer law. Additional charges for premium or express delivery are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact our retail team.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Where a direct exchange is not possible, we may ask you to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Personalised Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalised products, including shirts printed with names, numbers or other custom details, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Please ensure all personalisation details are correct before completing your purchase.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.
Where appropriate, we may request photographs to help us resolve the matter quickly.
We will arrange a suitable resolution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights, including a refund, replacement or repair where applicable.
In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in person at the York City FC Club Shop may be returned within 28 days of purchase, provided they meet the conditions of our returns policy.
Proof of purchase is required.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
For most online purchases, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, followed by a further 14 days to return them. Certain exclusions apply, including personalised products.
